Returns & Refund Policy


We do not offer a refund or return on any products including original paintings, commissioned art or limited edition prints due to the customer's change of mind or if the customer decides they do not like the artwork after it has been delivered. The artist will only provide a refund/return where the artwork received is not as originally described.

​Damaged goods

All products being shipped include transit insurance, and we aim to ensure that items are packaged securely. However in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please contact hana@hanafry.art within 7 days so we can rectify the problem.
